The CMX1-DL is a groundbreaking hybrid ultrasonic thickness gauge that can simultaneously measure both the thickness of the substrate (base material) and the film thickness. In measuring coatings, there is no need to measure separately with a film thickness gauge and an ultrasonic thickness gauge; the CMX1-DL allows for simultaneous measurement of the coating and substrate thickness. It features a measurement range of 0.63 to 1,000 mm (1 m), five levels of sensitivity adjustment, a scan mode (high-speed sampling and minimum/maximum hold function), USB power supply, and advanced functions such as multi-echo and temperature compensation. It has a built-in 8GB data logger, allowing measurement data to be easily transferred and displayed on a PC using the included software.
